Cancellation Insurance

Due to new F.S.A. regulations, unfortunately we are unable to offer insurance. We strongly recommend guests organise their own insurance as cancellation charges will apply

It is best to phone first and check availability, then confirm the booking by returning the completed booking form with a £25.00 deposit per person. Trust Account in operation to safeguard all monies received.

3. Payment of balance

Your balance is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card.

4. Special requests

Please advise at the time of booking if you have any special requests. We will do our utmost to meet your needs but we are unable to guarantee them.

5. Complaints

Any cause for complaint must be taken up at the time with the management of the hotel.

6. Price differentials

We reserve the right to promote special offers at a reduced rate. This in no way affects the contract price between other customers and us. All holiday bookings will be at the agreed rate at the time of booking.

7. Minimum numbers

We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the case of insufficient numbers, deposits of course will be returned.
